Another blog where you can post a haiku. Also with a prompt. This weeks prompt is DARE. So I will give it a try.
"I dare", the boy called
and jumps over the fence
inbetween coloured leaves
This blog is about haiku. A classical haiku counts 5-7-5 syllables. Chèvrefeuille (the pseudonym of Kristjaan Panneman, a Dutch haiku poet) however writes his haiku in the Kanshicho-style. In the Kanshicho-style the classical syllable count isn't used. Matsuo Basho (1644-1694), a haiku poet, wrote his haiku in Kanshicho-style for several years, but he returned to the classical way of haiku writing. !!! Anonymous comments will be seen as SPAM !!!.

Lovely imagery! Welcome to Sensational Haiku Wednesday :)
The colored leaves of autumn are one of my favorites ... I love to jump in the middle of a pile! :-) Thanks for the memory ... and the reminder it was Wednesday!
Love the imagery...I can see the boy landing in a rain of colored leaves
Kids here are bummed - leaves have been too wet to jump in!
I love it my self. When I was little younger I always played in and with the autumn leaves. Now I am a granddad and now my grandchilderen have the same fun with the fallen leaves in all those nice autumn colors.
Thank you all for your nice comments.
I love feeling leaves under my feet. The boy must have had a lot of fun. Nice imagery and good memories it brought.
Very nice! The photo is beautiful!
