snow falls softly
the statue of Buddha covered
in white silk

a lonesome stray cat
in the old barn
lost in the field
only stars as my compass -
cry of a snowy owl
making love
in front of the fireplace
finally home
Well I am happy with tis set of haiku. A nice little story.

Nice ones.
I removed my last post because I saw it came up as "Sarah in Maine." I thought I had changed it.
Last weekend I took a photo of my garden Buddah in the snow and you've inspired me to write something about it/him.
I enjoyed you post.
Very nice.
