as free as a bird in the sky
living my dream
Himalayan peaks
stretching out to heavens
high above the Earth
flying high
praying and chanting "Om Mane"
over the mountains
See you next time.
This blog is about haiku. A classical haiku counts 5-7-5 syllables. Chèvrefeuille (the pseudonym of Kristjaan Panneman, a Dutch haiku poet) however writes his haiku in the Kanshicho-style. In the Kanshicho-style the classical syllable count isn't used. Matsuo Basho (1644-1694), a haiku poet, wrote his haiku in Kanshicho-style for several years, but he returned to the classical way of haiku writing. !!! Anonymous comments will be seen as SPAM !!!.

Keep on flying :-)
lovely one.
How wonderful that you can 'fly' and that you share your joy here!!
Are the people who are not living their dreams not flying? Yes, perhaps they are fleeing...
beautiful.
You have flown high, Kristjaan, an eagle and the magic Himalaya.
I wish you more happy flights!
Om Mani Padme Hum..., lovely prayer, Hail to the jewel in the lotus.
