The Haiku Challenge, day 9

Written for The Haiku Challenge 2012 - Day 9 – February 9th – Theme: Paint the Image
Photo Clicked by Siva of: Siva's Art Work

Today another challenge to "re-paint" in words a wonderful photo by Siva A colorful photo with a lot of locks.

Siva's Artwork

unchain your heart
give your inner beauty
like nature does

closing the gate
to become a real master -
cherry blossom falls

break the lock
look around, open your heart
be part of the world

It wasn't easy to write these set of haiku. I think I painted the picture with words, but if they are really haiku? You may say, my dear visitors.

'till tomorrow

Yes, your words have painted the picture. Nice ones!

By the way, let me guide you on how to change the settings for the comments so that friends from wordpress can also post their comments.

1. Go to your Blogger Dashboard.

2. Click "Settings"

3. Click "Post and Comments"

4. Under "Comments" you will see the question "Who can comment"

5. You can either click "Anyone" which includes anonymous or "Registered Users" - click on your choice. (For me I click on "Anyone" as I have the choice whether to publish anybody's comments, in case it is spam!)

6. Under "Comment Moderation" you can click "Always" if you want to have the choice to check the comments before they appear on your blog.

7. Click "Save Settings" - the orange coloured tab on the right hand side of the page.

I hope this helps. Sorry, it's so long, taking up a lot of your blog space! He he! :)

A great set. The first one speaks to me, a chained heart has little to give.

For me? Its the rusted locks, and its adjacent verse.

Good work, here. _m

What a delightful set ... for being what you refer to as difficult - you make it look easy and created several variations of the theme. Nicely done! Thank you for sharing. :-)

(BTW - thank you for the setting change for comments!)

Frankly, I like the idea of breaking locks, rather than hunting around for a key to open them!

It's always a pleasure to read the comments of my visitors. They make me proud, but also very humble. Why is this happening to me?
