Almost Spring

Departure of winter. It's almost there Spring the season of new life, glorious blossoms, lovely young green leaves, lambs, young birds and so on. Spring is one of my favorite seasons, but I am a great fan of autumn. I have written a few new haiku on spring.

fading moonlight
caresses the fragile blossoms
finally spring

finally spring
the cold dark winter says his farewell
clump of snowdrops

clump of snowdrops
beneath the fragile cherry blossom
fading moonlight

I hope you enjoyed the read :-)

Thank you for the kind words on this weblog item.
It's almost spring so there is more to come ... a lot of inspiration that's for sure.
