September Heights, day 28 waltz

Inspired by the theme at

Day 28 of the September Heights is on ... it feels already a bit sad to know that this challenge is almost over, but ... well it's not yet over ... so let's go for today's prompt waltz.

courting swans
they move so gracefully
waltzing together

waltzing together
swaying over the dancefloor
with my wife

with my wife
swaying, so gracefully
like courting swans

Isn't it wonderful? Waltzing, courting swans ... such a wonderful sight. Well ... 'till next day.

How beautiful, bot your haiku and the swans. I love that you likened waltzing with your wife to courting swans. So romantic.

__I often say little about our minor acomplishments, but Kathy and I have danced... most of our 35years together. We have followed very closely the ISTD sylibus, and
we'd not change that for a moment.

__Your three haiku, and the grace of your "dancing" photo, say it all, so well!

great haiku, though I had to do a double take of the author!

I can imagine that it's confusing that I write under two different names Chèvrefeuille and Basho2012, but it's just because I loved to have a wordpress weblog. Chèvrefeuille I couldn't use on wordpress, so I chose Basho2012. Basho was one of the greatest classical haiku masters and he is my inspiration.
