white world
in just one long night
finally winter

frosty night has carved
wonderful trees

It certainly doesn't take long for winter to do its work, does it? About as long, I'd say, as dashing off a haiku or two! :)

I really like "crystalizing sunlight". They're all good, but that third one is my favorite.
