Haiku Heights 'green'

Haiku Heights

Another Haiku Heights is on. This weeks prompt is green a nice prompt I think, but not a difficult one. Let's go do it ...

Summer heat
Green leaves turning yellow
Already autumn

Already autumn
This tropical heat in the Low lands
Yearning for coolness

Well see you all next week.

Have a great weekend.

Nice haiku set. I hope the refreshment of autumn lasts longer than that of spring did.

I always become just a bit sad to see the green leaves turning yellow...

Summer's gone and life goes on. Coolness is heavenly! Nice haiku, Chev!

I refuse to accept that it's' already autumn'! Many of the plant leaves, however, have turned yellow and brown and died due to the hot sun and little water...
In any case, I do love the 'coolness' of fall days, but not what comes after!

Your haiku marks the changes of the season. Nicely written.

Nice haiku. Although it's not autumn here, 34C in the shade and our greeness is wilting.

Leaves changing from summer to fall, two smart haikus connected,
one's end the next's beginning.
Nice to meet you here.
